Flocked Rose Vase

For the Sparkle N Sprinkle Blog Hop post, please scroll down, or click here.

Here is a different take on the newVase of Roses die from Die-Versions. You can see my CAS (clean and simple) version here.

I think this is such a versatile die and can be used for anything from Valentines, to birthdays, to sympathy cards.  For this one, I used flock from Sparkle N Sprinkle - Canary and Palm Leaf on the roses and Aqua Water for the edging around each block.  The vase is colored with Copics.  I also pop-dotted the entire die above my background for added dimension.  Don't forget to check out the Die-Versions blog and the Die-Versions Facebook page for more great inspiration.

Wow - Anne, these cards are beautiful! I love the die an the colors you used are wonderful together. Amazing stuff. I didn't realize you weren't in Alabama yesterday, but I see that you all got a bunch of snow. I saw some video of Trussville where it was actually sticking to the ground and accumulating (and causing accidents of course). Hopefully it was/is off the roads when you have to drive in it because it hate to drive in it too - that is actually why I moved from New Mexico to Alabama. LOL! Great card. Hugz!
