Welcome to the newest Time4Scrap challenge. The theme is all about St. Patrick's Day. You can use images associated with St. Patrick's Day or have the color green in your project. The sponsors for this challenge are Limited Runs and Sami Stamps. I've chosen this fun digi called 4 Leaf Clover Cupcake made by Limited Runs.
I printed the image twice so I could use dimensional dots under the icing. Copics were used to color the image; flock was added to the shamrocks, and I heat embossed the icing with Sparkle embossing powder from Sparkle N Sprinkle. Added a few sequins and created a ribbon closure for the card itself.
