For this card, I used the same hot air balloon from Hambo Stamps as this card. However, I copied the image, enlarged it to several different sizes, and then fussy cut each one out. Copic markers were used to color all the images and the I {heart} U on the orange balloon was made using the colorless blender.
The background was made using Memento inks and a homemade cloud template. I had the sentiment in my stash and I added a couple of heart brads for the finishing touch. I also pop dotted several balloons different heights to resemble a hot air balloon festival. Every year Albuquerque, NM has one and it is spectacular!!
