Today's image, Rupert's Party, is from Stamping Dragon Designs and he's all ready to sing Happy Birthday to You. This is my first attempt at trying to create translucent balloons. I'm pretty happy with the results, but practice always makes better (perfect isn't in my vocabulary). What do you think?
After coloring Rupert with Copic markers, I fussy cut him out and adhered him to Echo Park's For the Record papers. The label was cut using Memory Box Primo Labels die and the sentiment is a sticker I had in my stash.
