Recessed Dahlia
The Dahlia rubber stamp set from Sparkle N Sprinkle is full of wonderful images. For this card, I used the rubbing alcohol technique taught by Claudine Helmuth, but instead of sprinkling Perfect Pearls on the wet acrylic paint, I sprinkled Citron Green glitter.
I created two panels using this technique so I could recess the flower, which is heat embossed with Amethyst Spray embossing powder, below the top panel.
The leaves are heat embossed with Pine embossing powder and the sentiment is also embossed with Amethyst Spray.
