Die-Versions new
Congrats pop up card is a great way to celebrate someone's accomplishments. There are numerous ways to use these pop up dies, but for this one, I paper pieced the letters as I wanted them to match the stripe on the front. A few sequins and ribbon, and you've got a fun and quick way to say way to go!
