Crafting Is Exercise

Crafting Is Exercise is one of the new stamp sets released this month from Sparkle N Sprinkle.   If this sentiment (which comes with the stamp set) were true, I'd get about 6 hours of strenuous exercise every day! :-0.

After coloring the image with Copic markers, I added lots of the neon glitters to the image.  Exulted Pink, Enlightened Blue, Exhilarated Green, and Energized Orange neon glitters were added to the marker nibs and Electrified Yellow neon glitter was added to the apron.  Energized Orange was also added to the scissor handles.  Nuvo Crystal Drops (Ruby Slippers) was added to the crafting bag.

The background was created by first die cutting a Sue Wilson Designs die (New York Collection - Background) from white cardstock.  This was then adhered to a piece of Sticker Paper cut to the same size.  Once the die cut was adhered, Cherry Sparkle Sparkle N Soft was added to the rest of the exposed adhesive.  It feels so soft :-).   Paper floss and a bit more Nuvo Crystal drops added to the ends of the floss are the finishing touches.

I have to agree about the crafting = exercise bit and it's my favorite form of exercise. :-D Love that die you used for the background, Anne!

I totally agree - you work every muscle in your body from reaching for the supplies to working with the dies and machines, you do exercise and what a fun way to do it :-) Love your card - it's super cute and fun!
