Pine Cone Ornaments {Jan's Digi Shop}

Hi everyone, I'm back today to share my project for the new challenge blog, Jan's Digi Stamp Challenges.  I've used the pre-colored version of the Pine Cone Ornaments from Jan's Digi Stamps.  All of the zip files include pre-colored images, black and white images and sentiments.

After arranging the pine cones and digital papers the way I wanted them, I printed it out and then used a deckle cutter to trim the edges.  I added lots of green glitter to the pine sprigs on the ornaments for a very festive look. Nuvo Crystal Drops (Ruby Slippers) were also added to the berries for more dimension.

I adhered this focal image to mirror card stock and then to my light grey card base.  Although it looks like it's five layers (not counting the sentiment), it's only two.  Great for mass production and easy mailing.

The greenery and berries on the top of the card are die cuts from a Sizzix die set (Tim Holtz Holiday Greens-Mini).

The sentiment, which is included in the file was printed and then die cut using a My Favorite Things die (Fishtail Flags Stax).

So, if you're short on time or just don't feel like coloring, the pre-colored versions are perfect to use to create your card! It's always good to have that option.

Now it's your turn to play along with us.  The theme is always anything goes and a new Jan's Digi Stamps Challenges begins on the first and third Monday of every month. The winner will receive a $10 gift certificate to Jan's Digi Stamps.

Until next time......
