Oliver's Tree of Dreams - {Fairy Stamper}

Hey everyone, today I'm sharing my first project for the new online store called Fairy Stamper.  This store was launched to avoid confusion between Lavinia World (US retailer) and Lavinia stamps (UK manufacturer). Lavinia World originally only sold Lavinia stamps but has grown to include so much more, including the Fairy Hugs product line.

As a result, the Fairy Stamper store will encompass many more products from various manufacturers all of which will enhance your Lavinia stamps and Fairy Hugs stamps.  (FYI, the Lavinia World Challenges Blog will continue to have bi-weekly challenges with a chance to win a gift code to Lavinia World. So be sure to come join us every other Thursday!)

For today's project, I used the following stamps. All of these can be found at the Fairy Stamper store.

I started out by creating my background using Distress Oxides (Chipped Sapphire, Wilted Violet, Milled Lavender).  Once I was happy with that, I stamped the Tree of Dreams multiple times to give the illusion that Oliver was resting in a large group of trees.

I stamped Oliver onto white cardstock, colored him with Copics, and then fussy cut him out.  I added a pop dot to the back and positioned him in the tree.

I then stamped the Star cluster in various places with VersaMark embossing ink, added a glittery yellow embossing powder, and heat set it.

I adhered my focal panel offset from the base and added washi tape as a final element on the card.

Pretty quick and easy :-).

Be sure to join our Fairy Stamper Facebook group to see all the latest inspiration from the design team and from the members.  This is YOUR group where you can ask questions, get inspired, and share your projects with us!

Until next time,
