It's Monday and that means it's time for a new Fairy Stamper project! 😀
Today's CAS card uses these products, which can be found at Fairy Stamper:
I also used a Clarity Stamps die set (Square Cutting Dies - Picot). I love that picot cut; it's so tiny and delicate and I thought it would be perfect for this card.
I began by die cutting my focal point from vellum and the backing mat from purple cardstock using the Picot dies.
Next I stamped my Kissing Fairy onto vellum and then I heat embossed it with the Hero Arts white embossing powder. Now I was ready to add adhesive on the back of the vellum and attach it to the backing mat. By doing it this way, I'm able to hide the adhesive as most adhesives show through vellum.
I wanted her to be blowing stardust to someone, so I stamped the Stardust image and heat set it with more of the white embossing powder. I wanted some of this fairy dust to be blowing off the focal mat, so this is why I didn't stamp both images at the same time.
I added a lighter shade of purple for my base mat and then adhered everything to a black card stock base. On the inside, I used the Picot dies and cut out a square in white card stock to write my sentiment.

Anne this is gorgeous! I love that fairy in white embossing powder on vellum! Looks so elegant!
Very pretty Anne! Love how the kisses are off the vellum onto the cardstock!
Your card looks so lovely. I love the white embossing on vellum. It's always so elegant. I need to give it another try but I need to make sure I have the heat resistant vellum, because the last and only time I tried, it didn't go well :-)
Hugs,
Lena
