Pot O'Gold {DRU Inspiration}

 

I'm up on the DRU Inspiration blog today and since St. Patty's day is next week, I thought I'd share some luck with everyone ☘.

Now for more info about my card.  I used the following dies from Dies R Us: 

Tutti Designs: Pot O Gold

Tutti Designs: Cross Stitch Hearts

Tutti Designs: Slimline Houndstooth Background

This slimline card is a quick and easy card to make. I started out by die cutting the shamrock in both gold matte mirrored cardstock and green cardstock.  The pot was die cut twice, once in the same shade of green as the shamrocks and once in the gold matte mirrored cardstock.  The small hearts were also die cut from the same darker shade of green.

The larger heart and the houndstooth background were die cut in a lighter shade of green.

 

Ater everything was die cut, I stamped my sentiment onto the larger heart and then began the assembly. As I said, quick and easy. 😀
