I worked on several projects this past weekend, including these gingerbread houses. Everything is completely edible, so after you make them, you can eat them.

These are kits with complete instructions and different ideas on how you can decorate them. All of the Wilton kits come with icing, pastry bags, tips, and candy. Go have some fun making your own gingerbread houses - you could make a whole neighborhood!

These are so neat! I've never made one of these and am in awe, maybe I'll take your advise and try one myself. You did a great job with the decorating.
