Hey everyone, it's time for a new Scrapy Land Challenge. The theme is always Anything Goes using any brand of die that Scrapy Land sells. There are over 50 brands, so chances are good that you already have some of these brands in your stash.
We are switching things up a bit, beginning with this challenge. There will be ONE winner and they will receive a
$15 Gift Certificate
to go shopping at Scrapy Land!!
Today I've got a quick and easy card to share with you. It's perfect for those times when you need to create something fast. And....you can use scraps. Win/Win!!
All of the dies I've used are by Sue Wilson Designs:
Just A Note (currently out of stock, but any of these would also work)

Using the Ursa die, I die cut a strip of black cryogen paper. This has embedded bits of metallic pieces in it. On the photo, it looks like spots, but in person it's really shimmery. Next I found two larger pieces of coordinating patterned cardstock and a strip of solid cardstock that coordinated to the two patterned pieces.
I adhered the two patterned pieces together and the solid strip to my card base. I then added some thin ribbon to the solid strip.
I decided how far I wanted the black piece to overlay the two patterned pieces and then scored the black piece so that it would fold over behind the card. Once I was happy with that, I adhered this on top of the piece created in the step above.
I die cut the sentiment from a scrap of the black cryogen paper and a piece of bright pink card stock. I adhered these on top of each other to create a shadow effect. I then adhered the entire panel to my kraft card base.
Told you it was quick and easy 😁.
Now it's your turn to play along with us. You have until Sunday, August 19 to join the Scrapy Land Challenge #119 for a chance to win a wonderful gift certificate to Scrapy Land. We can't wait to see what you create!
Until next time......

Such a beautiful card Anne! I love that sweet bow and the papers are so pretty!
How beautiful, Anne! That bow is awesome with the shimmer in the paper. That swirly black background is so stunning against the pretty designer paper. Great card!
Pretty papers and dies combined to make a beautiful card. Love the shadow effect on the sentiment.
