Anime Painter {Stampers Delights}

Hey everyone, today I'd like to share my Stampers Delights April Anime New Release with you, Anime Painter.

I had lots of fun creating this easel card.  I started out by designing the digi papers and added elements in my Word software. Although the card front looks like it's three layers, it's actually only one.  The image itself was left black and white so I could color it with my Copic markers after printing it out. I added the splat element from the digi set multiple times on her apron, resizing each one.

I printed out coordinating patterned paper to create the easel card and I also combined the splat image three times to create the "stand" for the easel to rest on when opened.  After printing the splats, I fussy cut them out and colored them with Spectrum Noir Sparkle markers.  I also added a bit of washi tape to the card base to help ground the splats.

A glitter pen was used to add bling to her glasses frames and glossy accents added dimension to the glasses as well.  (Glossy Accents was also added to the heart on the cup with brushes.  This element, as well as the sentiment, are also part of the digi set.)

Be sure to check out what the rest of the team created on the Stampers Delights Inspiration Blog and join us on our Stampers Delights Fan Group on Facebook.  We'd love it if you played along in our Blog Challenge each month.  You can find out details about our Progressive Freebie Challenge on our FB page for even more chances to win free images.

Did you know that Stampers Delights now sells clear stamps?  How exciting is that!! And there is a special going on right now too!! Be sure to check out the bundle.

I'm sad to say this will be my last post for Stampers Delights.  I have loved being the Anime Design Team Coordinator for this team and will miss being a part of this group.  I love the Stampers Delights images, so I know you'll be seeing them on my blog from time to time. 😍

Until next time.....

Anne, your artist is darling! Those colors look beautiful together, and the coordinating digi papers really look fantastic! I need to make an easel card. They used to be my favorite style fold, and I’ve forgotten about them! Thanks for the inspiration. Hugs, de
