Dancing Fairy House {Lavinia World #37}

Can you believe it's already October?? It's also Thursday and that means it's time for a new Lavinia World Challenges #37.  The theme is anything goes using a stamped image, but no digital images please.  The winner will receive a $15 gift code to Lavinia World.

The following stamps were used for today's project:

I stamped the Freya's House image onto white cardstock and colored it with COpic markers. I added bits of detail using a fine white gel pen and then I added some glossy accents to the windows and to some of the pink dots for added emphasis and dimension.

The sentiment was stamped onto vellum and then heat set with clear embossing powder.  After cutting the strip out, I added a couple dots of glossy accents to each end for a bit of texture.

I stamped the three fairies using an orange ink pad and then fussy cut them out.

For the layer behind the focal point, I up-cycled a piece of tissue paper. I first crumpled it up and then smoothed it out a little. Next I spritzed several different colors onto the tissue paper and let it dry.  I was going for a night time star galaxy kind of look. Once it was dry, I crumpled it up a bit and then adhered it onto my black card base. The focal image was them adhered on top of this.
