Happy Wednesday and happy September! (where has the year gone??) Since it's the first Wednesday of September, that means it's time for a brand new Scrapy Land Challenge #121! The theme is always anything goes using any brand of die that Scrapy Land sells. (You can find all of them here!)
There will be one winner chosen by random.org who will receive a $15 gift certificate to do some shopping at Scrapy Land. The Top Three and Honorable Mentions will be chosen by the Designers and everyone that is chosen can download a badge for their blogs 😀.
I loved creating the double rolled frame so much a few weeks ago, I decided to do it again! I used the following dies for this project:
Elizabeth Craft Designs: Garden Edges Rose Hedge
Spellbinders: Bitty Blossoms (this would work as well)
My Favorite Things: Birthday Wishes (any of these would work too)
|
After creating by Double Rolled Frame, I added my birthday die cut in the center. Instead of using the tiny dots for the "i"s, I created these tiny rolled roses from the Rose Hedge die set.
Using the same patterned paper as the frame, I die cut the roses and the leaves from my Spellbinders die set and adhered them to the edges.
Now it's time for you to play along with us for the Scrapy Land Challenge #121. You have until Sept 15 to upload your project for a chance to win the $15 gift certificate to Scrapy Land. We can't wait to see what you create!
Until next time....

What an awesome card. Not sure how that double roll frame works - but it looks amazing. Love that you chose to make the flowers with the same papers.
This is gorgeous, Anne! Now did you make that double frame? You have me intrigued!

Beautiful card Anne. Love the focal point. It's like you're peeling back layer after beautiful layer to see the greeting. Love it!
